Well, we had the election and Trump won. He started right off making major changes, which seems to be the trend; as President Biden did the same when he took office.
It seems that President Trump wants to accomplish much for the country, but he doesn’t seem to care about the individuals who make up the country. Many of the immigrants who came in under the last administration are being kicked out of the country. I doesn’t make any difference if they are doing something for our country or not - or if they left their country under duress. When they came into our country they were allowed to go in our country and told that the Border control would get to their case in a few years. Some were even lied to. Some will be killed when they go back to their original country.
The big news now is what is happening in Israel. On October 7, 2023, Hamas launched an attack on Israel and killed some 1,200 people (mostly civilians) and took 251 hostages. Some of the hostages have not been returned yet. The attack by Hamas started the present war that Israel doesn’t want to end untill Hamas is eradicated. But Hamas wants end the war. Presumably so they have time to re-group and prepare for another attack - or build more tunnels.
The whole war has been a lie by the Hamas. They have been getting more information to the newscasters than Israel. However, most of what Hamas tells the world is false. The big thing in the news now as i write this, is the Palestinians are without food. But that really isn’t the case. Hamas (the government of Gaza) wants to make Israel look bad to the rest of the world.
Israel has been supplying food, medical supplies and more to Gaza. The United Nations is supposed to distribute it to those in Gaza. But they now say it is too dangerous to distribute the supplies to them. Why? Because Hamas wants it so they can sell it to get money to buy more weapons. They even shoot the Palestinians when they try to get to food. But the big news services don’t tell this to the world.
